Another picture overload post! Sorry, couldn't help myself again. :) So far we have had a heck of a fun fall season! Here are a few random activities that the Lam fam has been up to.
Emma and Danny moved back to Tucson from Utah at the end of the summer and we've been able to spend so much time with their family! It's really special having all the Lamoreaux cousins live so close.
Baby Tens is getting closer and closer to walking!
I love Pinterest! I am so thankful for that website for many reasons, but mostly because it has endless ideas of indoor projects for little kids. I used to scratch my head for an hour before I could come up with something creative/crafty for my boys to do. Now it's just a click away! The boys have fun doing projects together. I can tell they are especially proud when they want a picture taken. ;)
Making "Milk Rainbows"
"Melted Crayons" art
Friendly squirrel at the zoo was not afraid of people! Being the animal lovers that we are, it made for a CRAZY exciting moment!
Three primary programs written and under my belt! I'm always so glad when it's over but when I look back I realize each year how much it strengthened my testimony. I am so thankful to serve in the primary and learn from the precious children every week. It is such a blessing!
The rest of the Lamoreaux fam all came to see Tristan. It meant so much to have them there!
Elaine snuck in a pic of him on the stand and I'm so glad she did!
So proud of our little man for making the honor roll
A couple of months ago my mom, Shari, and I decided to have a set time every week for us and all sisters who can come to meet for lunch and be with each other. Life is so busy so we figured having a set schedule would work great, and it has!
My favorite time of day
Since we moved the boys have really missed not being able to see Nanny and Papa McCook as much. They went over to their house a couple of weeks ago for the afternoon and it sounds like they had a mini Halloween party! They wore their costumes, painted pumpkins, and ate pumpkin decorated cupcakes. It was some much needed quality time with them and Ava!
The Mayabeaties Walk! We were not able to go last year since Tenley was only a few days old. We're so happy we got to be there this year and support Maya! I can't emphasize enough how strong this girl is and how amazing her parents are! We pray that someday there will be a cure for our Maya.
My man finally bought a new guitar! He is a happy guy and it 's so great to have guitar music filling our home again
A morning at Storytown in downtown Tucson. The boys loved it!
Sleepovers with cousins have officially begun!
Maya came to our house for the first "sleepover" and they had a blast! They watched the Disneyland sing-along, played detective, played house, ate dinner, played Star Wars, then played some more house. :) It's so sweet to see how easy and fun it is for these two to play together.
Just another Sunday!
Gavin learned how to ride his bike! Thank goodness it is finally starting to cool down enough in the afternoons for us to go on walks and go to the park. We love this time of year. Gavin picked up his bodacious peddling skills really fast. Super Star Gav!
Yes, we're the nutty family that puts up Christmas at the beginning of November (not as nutty as the Saxtons who put it up in October! Haha)
But we've been doing this since our very first Christmas together so can't change it now!
We actually really love our tradition of putting up Christmas early..we crave the warmth and the spirit that comes along with it.
Happy Fall Season everyone!
