Welcome to the world baby Mina! My brother Dan and his wife Heidi had their first baby this last week. She is so itty bitty and sweet! She was only 5 1/2 lbs when she was born. I couldn't believe how huge Tenley looked next to her. I can't wait for them to play together someday. Congratulations Dan and Heidi! Mina is absolutely perfect.

Another favorite this summer for the boys! They ask almost every day if they can go swimming in my tub. I don't know why but it makes me laugh :)

Our baby girl is 9 months old! *tear*
She is at such a fun age (I think I say that at every age!) She has a lot of new tricks:
~She can wave hello and bye
~Pulls herself up to her knees
~She is slowly doing some real crawling
~Dances when music is on
~Has gotten really good at feeding herself her little snacks
~LOVES her solid foods (oatmeal is her favorite)
~Sleeps a solid 12 hours a night

She can wear a pony tail now!

I get a little sad when my babies turn 1 and Tenley's birthday is just around the corner. The boys have already been talking about what they want to get her. We are really soaking up the baby phase with her.
She is such a blessing to our family.

Las Vegas

We spent a few days in Vegas last week for Quint to get some work done, to have a small vacation, and for an old friend's wedding. We had a lot of fun! We always love our Vegas trips because it's the perfect amount of time to get a little break from life, and we don't come home feeling exhausted. We were able to stay at a nice resort since the rates are so low during the hot summer. It was really beautiful! We did a lot of walking around to explore the grounds and we did a lot of swimming!

The bath tub was so big and deep that I had to get in with Tenley every night just to give her a bath. We had some fun splashing around. :)

The gardens at the Bellagio Hotel. This huge room is different every time we come and it's always amazing.

The best part about going to Vegas is that we get to see these guys!

On our way to the M&M Factory! We had to walk at least a mile both ways to get there but the boys thought it was worth it.

Oh yes, definitely worth it. :)

Quint is drooling...

And of course we couldn't leave the factory with out getting some M&M lightsabers.

Ryan and Nikki getting married! It was a really beautiful wedding and we were so glad that we got to be there. They are an awesome couple.

At the reception dinner

These guys were two peas in a pod for the longest time. Ryan is Quint's oldest friend and we think of him as family.

Congratulations Ryan and Nikki!

Happy Birthday Quint!

We celebrated Quint's 29th birthday at the Wet n' Wild water park in Phoenix and had a blast! Every year when I ask Quint what he wants to do for his birthday he always says that he wants to do something fun with our kids. So that is what he got!

We spent a lot of time here at Boogie Board Beach...a fun place for the kids to play. Of course, Quint ran around with the boys like a little kid and loved it. :)

We chose this water park because it had a section with a lot of fun slides for the kids. Our brave boys went down the Mini Tornado three times!

Tens loved it there. Her favorite was the little splash pad.

The Realmuto's met up with us there and we're so glad they came! We all had a really great time. We talked about going again some other time without the kids so we could go on all the scary slides. :)

We couldn't get over how Hunter (2 months old) and Tenley (8 months old) are the same size! I better ask Ann for some "plumping up your baby" tips!

And that's what we did for Quint's birthday. I love my man so much and feel so blessed to be by his side on this journey through life. He is such a good man and makes me want to try harder every day to be a better person. I'm always telling him that I would love to be like him...there's not a mean bone in his body. :) Happy Birthday Quint! Love you forever and ever!!

Another summer day trapped inside. Solution? Build a fort! :) The boys never get tired of this and it entertains them for hours.

AJ, Ann, and Jenna came down to see the house and hang out. It was so nice just to talk and relax with them while the kids ran around and played together.
