We had a really nice 4th of July! We went over to my parents house for lunch and to hang out for a few hours. The boys love playing in their backyard so I'm so glad it was cool weather. We all ended up outside after lunch and the boys entertained us.
Later that evening Josh and Elaine and the girls came over for a BBQ and fireworks.
I love watching the dads light the fireworks and have fun with it. Sometimes they get more into it than the kids do!
"The Safety Zone": 30 feet away from the fireworks, plugging ears, and screaming. :)
After we let a few off they all started to get more brave and even wanted to help.
